Return Policy

At Strainbone, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of menu planning products. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which items may be returned or exchanged.

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
  • The return request is initiated within the 14-day window from the delivery date

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital PDF versions of planning guides once delivered via email
  • Items that show signs of use, writing, or damage caused by the customer
  • Items returned after the 14-day return window has expired

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us through our contact page or email us directly. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide return shipping instructions within two business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us with photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges for different products may be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
